My Role

I was responsible for the experience strategy, writing, design and A/B testing of the home page and the design of the retrieve quote flow. For the home page, I modified the content management system and conducted an A/B test. I delivered a html prototype to the development team for the browser-based quote/bind application.

The Goal

Our goal was to update the ui and enhance the usability of the Retrieve Saved Quote functionality of the Quoting and Binding application. Our vision was to provide multiple options for potential customers to access a saved quote with the goal of increasing the number of succcessful quote retrieves. The new functionality allows users to retrieve a saved quote by

Last name, email & zip code or

Last name, quote number & zip code

The Service

Access a saved quote with last name, email & zip code. This strategy emphasized designing with information the users know and have readily available.
